If your watch arrives defective or damaged, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you simply wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the full purchase amount.

Please include your name and order number inside the package to ensure smooth processing.
